About the role
With the rapid growth of our Allied Health business we are excited to offer a full time role. The shifts we are looking to cover require Tuesday- Saturday availability.
What we are looking for in a candidate
We are seeking a new receptionist/administration staff member to work alongside our experienced practice manager and other admin staff. The candidate thrives in a fast-paced administrative role and approached it with a genuine smile. They possess a keen ability to prioritise tasks effectively ensuring smooth operations and optimal productivity. They can work independently and also in a team, they demonstrate exceptional communication and team/patient interaction.
You will also demonstrate:
- Exceptional patient service skills.
- Professionalism, reliability, and flexibility.
- Exceptional skills in problem solving, multi-tasking, time management and workload prioritisation.
- A 'positive' attitude and willingness to help others
- Have experience with Nookal or similar practice management software and Microsoft Office (preferred but not essential)
- Have an excellent phone manner
- Work as part of a team
- Welcome patients to our clinic with a warm smile
- Assist with appointment inquiries and bookings
- Take payments and help provide Private Health and Medicare rebates
- Communicate with any relevant 3rd parties (GP Clinics, Allied Health Referrers, Specialists etc..)
