Our therapeutic hub in Elsternwick, Melbourne, seeks a detail-oriented and reliable individual to enhance our administrative support team. At TT Psychology, our environment thrives on quality psychological care, offering comprehensive support to a diverse cohort, ranging from children and adolescents to adults and families navigating mental and emotional health complexities.
We are looking for a friendly and reliable person who can perform reception and administrative duties.
About the Role:
You will create a welcoming first impression for our patients, providing them with seamless reception and administration support. As the linchpin of our clinic’s daily operations, your role involves:
- Being friendly and professional.
- Efficient handling of scheduling and appointments via Halaxy and Outlook software (training provided).
- Effective communication with our patients, including those with specific mental health conditions.
- Handling all emails and scans and liaising with the practitioners for other administration duties as required.
- Receive and convey messages accurately in writing, verbally, and electronically.
- Liaise with clinic staff
- Data entry, Admin and mail duties
- This is a remote, work from home position (ability to attend clinic once a week is required).

Preferred Experience:
While we value a good heart and a warm smile, the following will help you succeed in this role:
- Experience and knowledge of the Allied Health space including MHCP’s and referrals.
- Proactive communication skills, fostering serene and supportive client interactions.
- Astute multitasking and organisational prowess.
- Adaptiveness in our nurturing yet dynamic clinical setting.
- A genuine empathy for mental health challenges.
- A desire to further the team’s shared goal of clinical excellence.
Essentials:
- Familiar and confident with IT and computer programs
- High attention to detail is a must!
- Ability to keep confidentiality
- This is a remote position (working from home) but the ability to attend on site meetings once a week is essential.
Salary:
$30 per hour
Hours:
Monday - Friday : 8am - 4pm.
30-35 per week
