Your opportunity:
- The purpose of this role is to provide advanced Allied HealthClinical Leadership, advocacy, strategic direction and systems-level intervention within WBHHS Bundaberg & Rural Hospitals regarding Long Stay patients and those involved in the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
- The role will act as the key NDIS reference point for other clinicians at a service level, thus promoting and fostering enhanced partnerships with internal and external key stakeholders.
- Develop processes, pathways and training required to assist staff to support people with a disability, their families and carers in the journey through the health care system to access appropriate and timely disability supports.

Our offer:
You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $167,587 p.a., comprising salary between $140,767 - $146,883 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (HP5) (Permanent Full Time, 76 hours p.f.)
