What you will be responsible forAnalyze Client data requirements between various Benchmark Data Providers including RIMESWork to migrate our existing clients off our legacy benchmark service onto our next generation service via Alpha Data HubWork to reconcile and support benchmark indices between the 2 systemsValidate solutions/alerts to monitor raw data coming in from the vendors, identifying issues and providing accurate data to clients.First line for client trouble reporting. Escalate as appropriate.Document client requests, issues and resolutionData coverage analysis for new and existing clients to judge how good a fit is the Data Services for the client needsEnsure data integrity across multiple environments by effectively QA’ing key data pointsValidate SQL automations to improve data coveragePrimary link between data vendors and clientsWork as QA to locate, troubleshoot and resolve data gaps/issues as and when new data vendors sign up with the teamContribute to the evolving offerings of the Data ServiceSupport future Data Service Benchmarks enhancementsWhat we valueDetail-oriented and can multi-task; You will be engaged in multiple implementations concurrentlyStrong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skillsRequirements gathering, data analysisSelf-starter, able to work both independently and as part of a teamProblem solving skills and ability to recognize long term solutions across multiple projectsKnowledge of SQL preferredKnowledge of ETL toolsExperience with benchmark data preferredFinancial services industry experienceBS in Finance, MIS, CS, IT, Engineering or related fieldsGeneral investment data flows
