Your Graduate Journey

As an AMP Graduate, you will take on meaningful work from day one as you complete a two-year rotational program giving you the variety and flexibility needed to create your tomorrow.

Accounting & Finance Graduates obtain hands-on foundational accounting experience within AMP Finance, ensuring they have a breadth of experience for a successful career post program. The skills learnt on the rotational program align with the professional study of the CA which is completed as part of the Graduate Program. Graduates will be financially supported in their completion of the CA program.

To compliment your rotations, you'll be guided through a bespoke professional development program with your cohort including:

  • A comprehensive induction program
  • Externally facilitated workshop series
  • Immersive experience in the client services/operations teams
  • Business Implementation Project to senior leaders

You'll also be given opportunities to spend time out of your business stream so you fully understand AMP and how you can contribute to helping us deliver on our purpose of helping people create their tomorrow

Pay and benefits

Your remuneration package will include:

  • Competitive base annual salary
  • Plus 12% superannuation contributions
  • Participation in a Short-Term Incentive (STI) bonus plan of up to 10% annually
  • A permanent full-time contract from the start of the program
  • Generous leave allowances including 20 days paid annual leave per year, purchase leave, personal/sick/careers leave, parental leave, accrual of long service leave, volunteering days and other ad hoc bonus leave
  • Hybrid work arrangement with a combination of days with your team at the modern Quay Quarter Tower office and work from home days

Eligibility criteria

To be eligible to apply for the 2025 program you must:

  • Hold Australian/New Zealand Citizenship or Australian Permanent Residency status at the time of application
  • Complete your undergraduate (Bachelor) degree in 2023 or 2024
  • Be able to start a full-time role based in Sydney in February 2025
  • Have completed the prerequisite courses for the CA program
