AddressSkills and Qualifications Required
You will be considered with ideally the following credentials:
SAP experience would be an advantage
Experience in accounts administration with particular skills in Accounts Payable & Recievable
Strong interpersonal & communication ability with exceptional team ethic
High degree of flexibility & ability to deal with change in a pressured work environment
Exceptional time management & organizational skills
A positive approach to any challenge!
Accounts Receivable
Apply cash and checks against accounts receivable balances.
Review customer accounts and make collection calls if necessary.
Make sure all money is deposited in a timely manner.
Accounts Payable
Match receiving documents to vendor invoices.
Review and check invoices for pricing or discrepancies.
Print checks for invoices due.
Reconcile bank accounts.
