About the Role

Are you passionate about delivering high-quality care and ensuring the best outcomes for residents? Join our team as an AN-ACC and Documentation Nurse and play a crucial role in collaborating with care teams to achieve excellence in care. In this role, you will work closely with Care Manager, Care Coordinator, and the Allied Health team to assess, document, and audit care practices. Your detailed assessments and care plans will not only reflect customer journeys and needs but also ensure compliance with regulations.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead, support, mentor, and educate multidisciplinary teams on person-centered nursing practices
  • Utilise expertise in the AN-ACC model to optimise funding allocations
  • Ensure resources are used efficiently to provide the best possible care
About You

You are collaborative, result oriented, determined and passionate about Aged Care. You are a Registered Nurse Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) with no restrictions on practice.

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent
  • Previous residential aged care experience - Highly regarded
  • Understands the requirements of the accreditation system.
  • Previous AN-ACC or ACFI experience – Desirable
  • Experience working with electronic clinical documentation system, such as Leecare.
  • Previous experience as Registered Nurse – Desirable
  • Have current/recent experience in, and awareness of, contemporary issues in aged care.
  • Commands superior knowledge of the processes related to AN-ACC and the associated business rules.

Candidates may be subject to a pre-employment medical assessment with the successful candidate requiring current NDIS worker clearance. In accordance with current health guidelines for the aged care sector, candidates are encouraged to have all recommended vaccinations.
