The Opportunity:
Icon Water has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Process Analyst to join our team during a time of significant change for the organisation . Forming part of a larger Internal Audit and Quality team you’ll be joining at a great time, with the opportunity to make an impact.
The Business Process Analyst is responsible for updating and maintaining business architecture across Icon Water and is responsible for developing Business Process documentation for key projects / initiatives with a focus on a digital program and corporate services transition.
Working with the Team Leader Quality and Records Management you will:
- In collaboration with others, lead the development of related Integrated Management System (IMS) process documentation (including flowcharts) resulting from identified key projects and business changes, ensuring alignment with ISO 9001 requirements.
- Assist in creating training material (where required) for new / updated Business Processes resulting from key projects / business changes.
- Contribute to the maintenance and continual improvement of the business architecture artefacts including updates to functions, services and activities resulting from key projects and business changes to ensure they are reflective of current Business Processes.
- Periodically review Business Processes and update business architecture artefacts to ensure they are reflective of current practice.
- Assist with the maintenance of the business function model based on the business’ identified capabilities.
- Assist with the development and maintenance of end-to-end process maps across the key Business Processes.
Our ideal candidate will possess:
- Relevant qualifications / certifications in Business Process analysis (preferred).
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, related matters, and application.
- Experience in developing, implementing, and improving an IMS collaboratively with stakeholders.
- At least 3 years’ experience in roles with a requirement to:
- design and map Business Processes and create associated process documentation
- design and create policies and procedures.
5.Experience in analysing complex Business Process issues and information, combined with the ability to constructively engage with a diverse set of stakeholders.
6. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
7. Experience in using Visio to develop Business Process flowcharts along with a sound knowledge in using SharePoint.
8. Experience working in a utilities industry (preferred).
