Job Title: Business / Process AnalystLocation: Canberra/ Open for hybrid workDuration: 12 months with possible extension
This role requires you to navigate complexity, have a broad understanding of industry best practice and guide stakeholders to new ways of working. You will deliver high quality documentation that reflects current, transition, and future state to senior executives and relevant SMEs.
Key responsibilities* Design and model implementation and transition paths* Facilitate workshops to capture current state processes and codesign future state options* Analyse data, system and tools to support current and future state* Produce clear and insightful visualisations based on process and data analysis* Work closely in partnership and collaboration with a diverse range of stakeholders* Produce and deliver engaging documentation and presentations for management and the executive
Skills and experience
* Highly skilled in end-to-end business analysis, process modelling using Business Process Modelling Notation, and process transformation* Demonstrated experience with stakeholder engagement, business problem solving and facilitating workshops to elicit focused outcomes* Ability to think strategically, manage complexity and incorporate industry best practice * Develop documentation, presentations, and process models and maps that are clear, concise, and aligned to the target audience* High level interpersonal skills and demonstrated experience in building strong relationships, liaising effectively with diverse stakeholders from senior executives to SMEs* Proven track record in meeting tight delivery schedules, delivering outputs to a high standard, and the ability to respond flexibly to changing circumstances
Relevant qualifications in Lean Six Sigma and information technology would be desirable
