The Analyst is responsible for assisting the Middle Markets Team with running numbers through Forbury, analysing numbers and writing submissions and Information Memorandums. This role will support revenue generation to build and grow a sustainable and profitable Middle Markets business in Brisbane and driving continuous improvement to deliver best practice. Responsibilities include:
- Collect and analyse property and related data
- Forbury modelling and analysis
- Undertake other research and administration duties as required
- Create and prepare presentations for key clients
- Assist in preparing and writing submissions / pitches for prospective key property appointments
- Writing Information Memorandums
About You
- Degree qualified in a property related discipline
- Prior experience gained within an Analyst role within property/investment services
- Experience using Forbury & Excel
- Ability to prioritise workload and multi-task
