As a member of the S&T Development & Delivery Team the Analyst Programmer participates in the drafting and maintenance of technical documentation, development and unit testing of digital products used by Queensland Courts. You will use your skills to provide advice and system analysis support for Court Services Queensland applications to meet the operational needs of Queensland Courts.

Role responsibilities include,
- Undertake software development activities to maintain, enhance and support Court Services Queensland applications.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation of Court Services Queensland applications, ensuring comprehensive records of design, development and testing are kept for future reference and transparency.
- Support system analysis to translate business requirements into systems design and documentation.
- Collaborate with the systems administration team to facilitate the seamless deployment of releases to production.
- Perform unit testing to uphold a superior standard of product quality.
- Participate in peer reviews encompassing design, development and testing phases to ensure robust quality products that meet agreed design principals.
- Participate in implementing identified business solutions, covering installation, configuration, programming/customisation, integration and data migration.
- Conduct research and analysis of proposed solutions to guarantee seamless interaction with other Court Services Queensland applications.
- Ensure the effective implementation of configuration management control for both Production and Development environments, overseeing the controlled progression of systems from development to production.
- Promote a positive and professional working environment by providing assistance and mentoring to fellow colleagues.
- Investigate and provide advice or resolutions of escalated support tickets to address anomalies in data or solutions within software applications as needed.

- Proactively identify opportunities for enhancing development standards and methodologies.
Working knowledge of one or more of the following technologies should be highlighted in your application of this role. Microsoft technologies, including development languages and tools such as Dynamics 365, Power Platform, .NET Core, Web API, C#, Visual Studio, Azure, SQL Server, PowerBuilder, Oracle database environments (v 9i and above) Oracle Fusion Middleware environments (v 10 and above) and BPEL.
