Analyst/Senior Analyst | Operational Risk Frameworks

You'll be part of a supportive team where everyone - no matter what role - contributes ideas and drives outcomes.What role will you play?In this role, you will support the governance of Macquarie's Operational Risk Frameworks, related strategic initiatives and embedment of principles across the organisation. This includes facilitating design workshops, GRC system solutioning and delivering change and learning activities. You will develop subject matter expertise across risk assessments, control management, assurance, issues and incident management to provide effective oversight over our frameworks and practices. You will be joining a dedicated team who work closely with business leaders and their teams to provide support to uplift risk management practices across the organisation.What you offer

• Previous experience in Operational Risk or Internal Audit gained within a financial institution and/or professional services firm
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse set of stakeholders and build effective working relationships
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• A positive and constructive approach to problem solving, with the ability to multitask, present new ideas and work both independently and collaboratively.
