Your new role
As the Analytics Specialist, you will operate under limited direction and be part of a cross-functional, digital-focused team. You will be responsible for digital analytics and insights that support the University of Adelaide's reputation and revenue objectives. Your role will involve championing a data-informed approach, providing proactive insights and ongoing analysis to enhance the customer experience across Marketing, Future Students, and the Division of External Engagement.
You will utilise your expertise to understand marketing goals, challenges, and website design, performing data analysis to identify key opportunities across a number of digital marketing channels. You will lead the business-driven needs for the Adobe Analytics platform, including data manipulation and reporting.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you will have:
- Proven experience in digital analytics (preferably Adobe Analytics).
- Intimate understanding of how business strategies and marketing initiatives are supported by strategic data analysis.
- Strong ability to perform data analysis and generate actionable insights for marketing campaigns.
- Experience in supporting marketing goals through data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of web properties and multi-channel communication analysis.
- Proficiency in data manipulation and working with technical professionals.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, articulating ideas and respecting stakeholders' knowledge levels.
- Desirable: Tertiary qualifications in marketing or related discipline and/or relevant experience in these areas.
What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a competitive salary ranging from $95,017 to $106,270 per annum, plus 17% superannuation.
