Your new company
Is an independent statutory authority responsible for the impartial conduct of Queensland elections. They have key functions of:
- Conducting elections and referendums
- Reviewing state electoral boundaries
- Regulating and promoting compliance with electoral requirements
Your new role
Will support their upcoming election by:
- Working in an escalation team, receiving inbound calls
- Responding to emails
- Listening to customer enquiries
- Provide advice and solutions
- Engaging and educating customers on services and options available
- Data entry
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong Customer Service experience
- Phone etiquette and confidence
- High attention to detail
What you'll get in return
