Your new company 

Our client is a government agency based in Brisbane that provides a number of products and services to assist in the building and maintenance of government-owned assets such as schools, office buildings, social housing, police stations and correctional and health facilities. Due to an increase in workload, they are looking to add an AO3 Leasing Administration Officer to assist with the department's extensive property portfolio.

Your new role

What you'll need to succeed 

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate a strong understanding of leasing support or administration within the public sector or in a large organisation. Therefore, you will come from a property support or property economics background, specialising in lease management or property in the commercial space. Additionally, you will ideally understand Government property policy and strategies. Given this role includes documentation and the preparation of briefing notes, you will be proficient in Microsoft programs such as Word and Excel.

You will be offered an immediate start in an initial 3 month contracted/casual role within a government agency, located in Brisbane CBD. You will be offered a full-time temporary position paying an A03 rate + super.
