12-Month Contract for a System Coordinator on the Gold Coast
Your new company:
Hays has partnered with a large state government statutory agency.
Your new role:
As a Systems Coordinator, your role involves assisting the Operations Manager, Resource Manager, and Project Managers with respect to Business Systems. You are responsible for coordinating the deployment of standardised systems and initiatives, as well as evaluating their continuous performance.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
AUDITING
- Develop and maintain the Business Units Audit Schedule (Financial Year) in consultation with the Operational Manager, Resource Manager and Senior Project Managers.
- Coordinate Safety and Environmental audits with stakeholders.
SYSTEMS
- Provide advice to Project Managers, Supervisors and Project Systems Representatives on system issues.
- Provide operational assistance to Project Managers, Supervisors and Project Systems Representatives on all matters relating to systems implementation
SITE VISITS
- Review site facilities and provide advice to ensure the facility complies with relevant regulations and code of practices.
- Attend sites and inspect quality, safety and environmental processes that are being implemented on-site and provide advice as required.
REPORTING
- Collate systems information such as; WIN's, Audits, Non-conformances, Civil Construction Lots, System Improvements, Training and System Coordinators projects (Outside of daily duties) and capture in End of Month Report. Report forward to Operational Manager and captured in Teams.
- Monitor that depot Safety, Environmental and Fire Ant Inspections are being completed in accordance with the Depot Management and Continuity Plan.
DEPOT MANAGEMENT and BUSINESS CONTINUITY
- Consult with Depot Manager (Resource Manager) on depot issues
- Maintain Issues Management Register.
