The Client
Located in Cairns this Government agency is focused on providing services to Cape York and Torres Straits communities. Working on multiple projects they are looking for Project Managers and Project Administrators with a strong background in the business operational side.
The Opportunities
There are 5 Temporary positions that have an ASAP start date for 3 months with possibility of extension.

• AO4 Project Coordinator for Innovation, Planning and Performance Team: This role is working on 3 distinct projects requiring high level project, administrative and secretariat skills to help the Project Managers deliver on their value clinically focused projects.
• AO4 Project Coordinator for Capital Works Team: This role requires you have Government experience and are familiar with their systems as the role requires effective management and coordination of various projects and programs.
• AO6 Project Manager for the Corporate Projects Team: This role requires you to lead, manage, and direct a range of corporate projects within their scope, budget, and schedule to insure project management deliverables.
• AO6 Project Manager for Capital Works Team: This role requires you exhibit a high-level knowledge of project and program management and proven successful performance in designing, delivering and managing large scale complex project within a Health infrastructure.
• AO6 Business Support Officer for the Asset Management Team: This role will actively contribute to the development and implementation of Asset management and all the projects surrounding this department.

About You
The successful applicants will have:

• Previous experience in a similar role and can clearly show your Project Administration and/or Management experience on your CV
• Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and project management applications.
• Outstanding organisational skills, a strong ability to prioritise competing demands, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and a Team Player
