About the Role:
As a Claims Officer at TPM Claims, you'll play a pivotal role in our mission. Working closely with our Claims Manager, you will proactively manage claims, ensuring seamless coordination and effective communication throughout the process. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating claims with a proactive and client-focused approach.
- Managing databases, generating insightful reports, and providing administrative support.
- Building and nurturing relationships with clients, insurers, and loss adjusters.
- Contributing to the enhancement of our claims processes through ongoing development and implementation.
- Liaise with Client Engagement team, Inspections team and builders.
*Part time and full time roles available.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: 2 years of experience in insurance claims coordination. Experience within the building or trade industry is a plus.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively are second nature to you.
- Empathy: You possess a genuine, caring nature that places clients and colleagues at the center of everything you do.
- Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative environment, supporting your peers and contributing positively to the teams success.
