We are a not-for-profit organization committed to reducing harms associated with alcohol and other drug use, operating throughout Queensland, New South Wales, and South Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver structured, evidence-informed AOD day programs using psychosocial interventions.
- Provide individual and group counseling, harm reduction education, and post-treatment support.
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with other service providers to achieve treatment goals.
- Relevant undergraduate qualifications in health/human services and minimum 2 years’ experience in AOD services, or equivalent qualifications and experience.
- Membership or working towards membership with a relevant professional body.
- Experience delivering culturally appropriate interventions and using digital tools for psycho-education.
- Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
- Valid Australian Driver’s Licence.
- Willingness to work within the spiritual principles of the organization.
