Your new role
As a Project Administrator you will organise, manage and schedule staff to carry out our survey projects. You’ll manage all aspects of survey logistics, analysis and updating of our management platforms.
Duties and Responsibilities
Project Coordination:
- Assist project managers in planning, organizing, and coordinating project activities.
- Maintain project schedules, timelines, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
- Employ, train and oversee casual staff for Parking and manual surveys
- Oversee all Parking and Manual surveys
Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare project documentation, including meeting agendas, minutes, and status reports.
- Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
- Generate reports and analyze project data to identify trends and insights.
Communication and Stakeholder Management:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication between project teams, clients, and external partners.
- Respond to inquiries and provide updates on project status as needed.
Resource Management:
- Coordinate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, for project activities.
- Assist in resource planning and allocation to ensure optimal project performance.
Quality Assurance:
- Implement quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet established standards.
- Conduct reviews and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with project requirements.
Qualifications and experience
Ideally we’re seeking someone who demonstrates the following;
- 5 years experience in a similar role
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering, Project Management, or related field
- Proven experience in project administration or coordination role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Multi lingual would be an advantage
