Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Coffee Executive in Sales to join our Amazing Team. As an Executive in Coffee Sales you will have a Zest for small business, Passion for Coffee, with a happy demeaner for collegues, potential clients being responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with our existing & & potential new client's . This is a challenging and rewarding position that offers excellent growth opportunities. Excellent Salary, Commission, Signing Bonuses + Performance Bonus for the perfect candidate.
Duties:
- Communicate with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and promote our products
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets
- Manage key accounts and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in Coffee sales, preferably in a senior or leadership role
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Experience in outside sales or account management is highly desirable
- Experienced with Coffee sales & knowledge of structuring these relationships is a must
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
