About the role
This is a 2-year fixed-term opportunity located in Brisbane CBD.
The Application Analyst is accountable for providing application and system administration, configuration and support for Stanwell’s key strategic corporate applications and their supporting systems.
This role is also responsible for the execution of planned project work and reacting to unplanned incidents that occur. This position may be required to manage time and key resources appropriately to ensure timely resolution and achievement of project deliverables.
Key activities include:
- Collaborate with stakeholders and technical leads to assist and provide recommendations regarding the design and architecture of Stanwell’s corporate applications.
- Provide support and guidance in developing a comprehensive migration strategy to seamlessly move our existing Stanwell’s corporate applications and their supporting systems from on-premises to the cloud environment (where feasible).
- Provide technical leadership and guide the technical aspects of Stanwell’s corporate applications and their supporting systems dependant projects, providing expertise, best practices, and driving decisions to ensure successful implementation
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Stanwell’s corporate applications and their supporting systems and provide ongoing support.
About you
- Proficient experience in corporate application management, system administration and testing (ideally Atlassian, Mondelio, SAP, Serraview, Yellowbox and other corporate applications).
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
- Professional approach to handling sensitive information including Human Resources, Corporate Finance and Payroll.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent along with experience and/or training in operating systems such as Microsoft and Linux.
