AddressWe are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Medical Receptionist for a part time position.

You will take pride in your personal presentation and will have first class communication skills.
Your day to day duties will include:
- Welcoming of clients into the practice
- Arrange in consultation with clients future appointments
- Assisting with client inquiries
- Managing client invoicing and receipting
- Telephone inquiries
- Assisting practitioners with administrative duties
You will therefore need the following abilities:
- Provide a professional level of service in all reception based activities
- Possess superior organisational and interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Ability to maintain strong working relationships with key internal/external stakeholders
- Time management skills
- High level of initiative
- High level of attention to detail
- Must have the legal right to live and work in this location
- Experience working with Best Practice medical software highly desirable.
