Application Implementation Manager (CBRE HOST)

Here's what you'll focus on:
- Lead the overall implementation for Host powered by VTS in APAC from kick-off to hyper-care.
- Define and maintain cle ar statements of works and project plans for the implementation and launch of client applications.
- Assist with designing and implementing technical and service-oriented solutions for the client.
- Work with service and technology partners to develop or customise tools to meet project objectives and client requirements.
- Maintain relationships with third-party services and technology partners.
- Collaborate with the platform design team to determine the best branding experience for client applications.
- Work closely with CBRE and VTS (View the Space - the technology provider of the platform) teams across design, product, development, operations, property management, client solutions and customer experience.
- Perform site visits where required to ensure an optimum implementation plan is in place, or support configuration, testing and launch.
Our ideal person:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, digital delivery and client-facing roles.
- Able to carry out tasks autonomously with the ability to prioritise work based on the provided knowledge.
- Previous experience with B2B software applications, as a project manager, systems integrator, or software implementation role is highly desirable
- High-level understanding of general software development concepts such as APIs, SDKs, Authentication protocols and the software development lifecycle is an added advantage
- Excellent written & verbal communication as well as presentation skills.
