Application Support Analyst

Role:

We are looking for a full-time Application Support Analyst – ERP, to join our IT team, at our head office in Erskine Park. Your responsibilities will include;

• Assist in the development and implementation of new ERP Netsuite
• Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software and network related issues
• Diagnose and resolve system malfunctions within; MYOB, Exonet, Navigator, PTV, Netstock, CRM etc. through JIRA ticketing system
• Install and configure Google Suite Products and Microsoft office as per business requirements. 
• Create Business Reports across company using report builder software like Powerbi, MYOB Clarity,  SQL queries, Netsuite built in report and Analytics or others.
• Lead discussions with customers on various project upgrades and new installations

About you:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual who encompasses the following skills and capabilities:

• Must have proven experience of ERP system reporting, workflows and scripting 
• Proven database experience (Microsoft SQL)
• Qualifications in IT (Accounting background/knowledge is a bonus)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience supporting mid-market ERP/accounting software
• Proven help-desk background
• Expert level problem solving skills and strong analytical skills
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong technical skills in JavaScript, SQL, HTML and CSS would be advantageous
