The Application Support Analyst will administer and maintain the University's core business applications (including but not limited to Human Resources, Financial, Records and Facilities systems) in consultation with business owners, application suppliers, consultants and technical staff as part of the Enterprise Services Team in the Core Infrastructure.
The team ensures these applications maintain a high level of availability and are appropriately upgraded and integrated with other applications.
You will have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, providing support and assistance to team members and sharing your knowledge base to ensure customer satisfaction is met with high quality outcomes.
The Application Support Analyst will require extensive experience in performing and developing advanced database queries as they engage with stakeholders to analyse, develop and maintain reports and processes that meet the needs of the business.
Applicants will have a relevant degree qualification or extensive experience maintaining Application Support processes with substantial experience in the delivery of quality customer service delivering third party applications.
