Role Description
This position is based in Mildura. Reporting to the Application Services Manager, the role of Application Support Specialist will be the onsite representative of the Application Support Services team and will be responsible for the support, maintenance and development of nominated systems. As such, it will require a close working relationship with the other members of the Application Support team in providing a broad range of end-user and Application Support.

The Architecture and Applications Department
The Architecture and Applications department manage the implementation, consolidation, integration, maintenance and availability of corporate and clinical information systems at Bendigo Health and other sites across the Loddon Mallee. The department is split into four functional teams: Application Services, Architecture and Integration, Virtual Care and Funded Projects.
Loddon Mallee Shared Services
The Loddon Mallee Shared Services (LMSS) model provides for a single Regional Chief Information Officer who oversees delivery of the core and non-core services to all members of the Loddon Mallee Rural Health Alliance (LMRHA). The services delivered by the LMSS enable a supported delivery of core services to all Agencies within the region, and access to non-core services as required, whilst leveraging its position to engage services to support all Agencies.
