About the role 

Due to continued success and growth, we are looking for an Applications Specialist to join our Angiography Business Unit. In this role you will provide clinical, technical and product support on the use and implementation of Interventional Labs to customers throughout Australia and New Zealand, as well as ongoing support to the Angiography Business Unit, and our sales and service teams.

You will require strong customer focus with excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ability to provide effective training to a broad range of customer personalities and skill levels is an important requirement of this role. A significant travel commitment is required including travel to interstate locations as well as to New Zealand.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a business savvy Angiography/Cardiac Cath Lab Radiographer seeking to grow their career to the next level.

In addition to delivering clinical Angiography training and support, this role offers the opportunity to develop a broader range of professional skills. You will have the opportunity to develop your commercial acumen, sales and marketing skills, and develop the ability to create effective eLearning resources.

This role also provides opportunities to travel and interact with a diverse range of internal and external customers. You will have the opportunity to work with our sales, service and marketing teams to promote our solutions and to develop relationships with key opinion leaders in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Provide applications support for new equipment installations and existing customer install base.
  • Maintain a high level of clinical and technical Interventional Radiology & Cardiology knowledge.
  • Coordinate and deliver internal and external customer training programs.
  • Provide sales support where required utilising SPIN methodologies.
  • Provide support to Interventional marketing activities in line with the Business Unit’s marketing plan.
  • Maintain customer files and records of training & installation reports.
  • Responsible for timely submission of expense claims & customer reports.

Our ideal candidate will possess:

  • At least 3-5 years’ experience in the Medical Imaging industry 
  • Medical Imaging accreditation is mandatory for this position
  • Accredited member of the AIR 
  • Medical Radiation Practice Board of Australia registration 
  • AHPRA Certification
  • Current Radiation Licence 
  • Interventional Radiology and/or Cardiology experience is mandatory
  • Current Driver's Licence
  • Valid visa requirements to undertake interstate or overseas travel within ANZ
