About the job…
Looking for a passionate and experienced team member who can efficiently gather data from potential customers and generate sales leads for our Business Development Manager (BDM).
Permanent part-time role, working approx. 20 hours per week, school hours, at our office in Osborne Park WA. If desired, this role has the potential to turn full-time for the right person.
Key Responsibilities…
- Coordinating outbound calls, sending and receiving emails
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the BDM
- Accurately gather data from prospects, ensure data is up to date & maintained
- Navigating software such as Salesforce and CRM
- Providing outstanding customer service
About you…
- Proven experience in a similar role is highly regarded
- High standard of communication skills both verbal and written
- Exceptional administration skills
- Advanced computer skills, particularly proficient in Microsoft Suite
- Able to work autonomously & as part of a team
- Excellent orientational and time management skills
