We’re a boutique yet busy Mortgage Brokerage with an abundance of warm leads requiring expert processing, qualification, and appointment setting.
Our leads arrive from a YouTube ad promoting our 70-page book, through to a landing page, then into our database where they are kept warm with frequent email marketing.
When we call the leads, typically, they recall the ad and books and usually the emails. There is no pain in the processing of the leads, they generally appreciate the call. We don’t get rude people hanging up on us.
Using our automated system, your job will be to call through the leads, engage in directional conversations with them, work out what their interest was in the book, how they thought we might be able to help and of course, get them booked in for a 10-minute mortgage and finance consultation with one of our excellent brokers.
The whole system is slick, the software is easy to use. The conversations are enjoyable to have.
We are on the lookout for someone with a genuine, pleasant, enthusiastic but steady disposition to help us work through the thousands of leads we have.
The successful applicant will be mature and experienced in having a mortgage of their own, possibly some sort of property investment, or at least ownership. They will have performed this role before and get a buzz out of having directional, sales-driven conversations with people whom they’ve never met. Heck, maybe I should apply.
The role is office based, part time or casual, any weekday other than Monday. We will be flexible in offering you times which suit your life. Naturally, there will be a bonus paid on hitting KPI’s and targets. We will want your considered feedback on our system.
