Telco ICT Group is a IT Manage Service Provider(MSP) and Telstra Business partner which offers a full range of telecommunications services and IT solutions to their customers including Cloud migrations, Phone Systems, Firewalls, Microsoft Office 365, MPLS, SD-WAN, Video Conferencing as well as the full range business products from Telstra including NBN. We also specialise in Digital marketing like SEO, Adwords for our customers.
Our business development activities are expanding rapidly, and we require an Internal Sales Development Representative to join our team. As the Sales Development Representative, you will work under the supervision of the General Manager of Sales and Marketing to identify, pursue, and qualify sales opportunities with potential clients using your passion and persistence.

- Should have 2 years of experience in sales outbound role preferably in appointment setting or call centre experience
Job duties
- Make cold outreach by email, phone and LinkedIn.
- Doing appointment setting for senior BDM
- Work with sales to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to create opportunities for new business
- Follow-up with previous contacts, nurture leads
- Build rapport and establish a positive relationship with prospects.
- Collaborate with the sales team to maximize conversion rates and revenue.
- Daily KPI's are 100-120 dial-outs, 150 minutes of talk time, and 1 appointments booked throughout the 7.6hr day.
The package for the position is $75k - $150k OTE (made up of $65k - $80k base + Commission(uncapped) + Super
*commission could be ranging from $500 to $2,000 per sale. Expected 1-2 sales per month
