Your Responsibilities:
● Actively reach out to hot leads via phone to confirm their interest and availability for a scheduled sales call.
● Efficiently schedule appointments between clients and our sales team.
● Provide preliminary information about our offerings to potential clients while redirecting any questions to their consultation.
● Exhibit an understanding of basic objection handling when speaking to clients with complicated preferences.
● Provide notes on each booking call to pass on to the sales team.
● Collaborate with the sales team to improve the client qualification process including testing new methods and providing feedback.
Our Requirements:
● Excellent English proficiency both written and spoken.
● Very high computer literacy, experience with CRM & VoIP systems highly sought after.
● Experience and skills in customer service and/or sales roles.
● Ability to demonstrate consistently high work ethic in an autonomous and remote role.
● Fast home internet connection with a good quality USB headset microphone.
● Adaptable mindset, comfortable working in a dynamic team showing motivation to learn
new tools and processes quickly.
Highly Sought After:
● Experience in the Solar Industry or in a previous appointment setting role.
● Experience with Zoho CRM, Pipedrive CRM, Aircall VoIP phone, Google mail, Google maps and Google sheets.
● High degree of problem solving skills, skilled in autonomously resolving challenges.
