Wise Boatbuilding Pty Ltd is a growing family-owned company located in Gold Coast City Marina, Coomera & Rivergate Marina & Shipyard, Murarrie. We offer high quality repair, maintenance and refit services for a variety of marine vessels including small leisure boats up to luxury super yachts. Due to an increase in contracts, we are looking to expand our team and are seeking to employ a full-time Apprentice Boatbuilder.
About the Role:
As an apprentice, you will be required to study a Certificate 3 in Marine Craft Construction and attend TAFE as required. You will work on an variety of different vessels including luxury super yachts, whilst learning & adopting new skills. This is a challenging, yet highly rewarding role, in an ever growing fast paced environment.
About the Ideal Candidate:
Highly Motivated
Full working rights in Australia
Holds driver's license - manual preferred
Willing to attend TAFE for the duration of the apprenticeship
Team player
Reliable
Excellent communication & presentation
Available to work Saturday's when required
Willing to travel when required
