Apprentice Electrician

Kick-start your career with an Electrical Apprenticeship. Squad in conjunction with a local, family owned electrical business, are seeking a well-presented candidate to join their team as an Apprentice Electrician. Our client covers all types of projects, from small domestic and maintenance jobs to larger commercial and construction jobs and everything in between. The Role

This role comes with a lot of variety and the chance to get some highly sought-after experience. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Wiring houses and installation of electrical equipment Interpret and follow drawings, diagrams, specifications, etc.

Arrange circuits, control and protection for electrical installations 

Testing circuits Measuring and laying out installation points Installing electrical switchboards

What are we looking for? Our ideal candidate will have the following:

A genuine interest in the trade and be willing to commit to this apprenticeship White card (or able to obtain it prior to starting)

Manual drivers' licence is desirable but not essential

Be prepared to work away sometimes

High level of maths and problem solving skills
