An excellent opportunity has become available for a 2nd or 3rd Year Apprentice Plumber to work within a team that are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.
Kingsway Services is a long standing, successful, end-to-end specialist hydraulic maintenance services company. We service a range of clients across NSW that includes government, correctional, schools, and council contracts.
About You
We are looking for a 2nd Year or 3rd Year Apprentice Plumber who is a self-starter, motivated, outgoing, and takes pride in their work. You have a strong team focus and can use your initiative to get the job done. You are also able to demonstrate understanding and patience whilst on site and completing your paperwork, you are a fast learner and have good computer skills and a willingness to advance in this area. You will be provided quality training and mentoring by passionate plumbers to kick start your plumbing and roofing journey.

You'll be joining our maintenance team on the road servicing our client sites within Greater Sydney region. We are ambitious with our vision to grow the business and invest in our team who are willing to step up to become better versions of themselves, enabling them to deliver on our goals. You will be surrounded by a team that have an in-depth knowledge of reactive and preventative maintenance at our sites.
What You'll Learn….
General plumbing maintenance repairs and servicing of hydraulic assets:
- Manage daily/weekly schedule as per systems provided
- Jobs, that can be, are completed on first visit and to a high standard
- Communicating with clients and facilities managers
- Hot Water System maintenance, repairs and replacement
- Complex and varied STP maintenance
- Service and Installation Zip/Billi Drinking water units (training is available)
- Fault finding and leak detection
- Conduct inspections and assist with reports
- Perform preventative maintenance inspections and servicing
- Conduct measuring, estimating and materials ordering
- Install new plumbing fixtures
- Repair or replace water lines, domestic recirculation lines, and sewer lines
- Mentor and train apprentices
What You Need to Have
Passion, Patience, Consistency, Respect & Integrity
- White Card is essential
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Fully Vaccinated
- National Police Certificate with a clean record (must be completed on acceptance of role)
- Working with Children Check
- Valid NSW Driver License with good driving record
- Ability to drive a manual car
- Ability to work overtime, weekends and attend emergency call outs
- Own mobile phone
