Our client is involved in the construction of high-rise residential developments throughout the Perth metropolitan area, and is dedicated to producing work of superior quality through cooperation and coordination with all trades. About the role: The successful candidate will work with quality tradespeople involved in waterproofing, horizontal or vertical tiling and specialist cuts for edges and corners in some of Perth’s most unique, quality high-rise residential developments. To be successful for this role you will: Be an Australian citizen or permanent resident Be self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality workmanship Be a natural forward planner who critically assesses their own performance Be able to get on with others and be a team-player Have sound safety knowledge Have a commitment to attendance Be committed to your trade, including formal off-the job training Be able to work extended hours on occasion when required Hold a C-class driver’s licence Be able to complete and pass a vigorous 3-step onboarding process which includes pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol testing On offer to employees: Full time hours with possible over time and allowances, paid above award rates Comprehensive work and learning experiences on and off-site Specialised ongoing mentoring from industry trained professionals Employee benefit program ATSS payment* of up to $5,000 Candidates must be available through-out the recruitment process which will include completing: Aptitude testing Initial interview followed by a panel interview Pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol testing To Apply: Please click APPLY NOW and upload your most recent resume outlining any experience you may have.
