We are seeking to fill the role of APS 3Administration Officer, Public Programs on an ongoing basis.
THE ROLE
The Library is seeking to fill an ongoing Administration Officer, Public Programs, APS3 role in the Community Engagement Section of the Engagement Branch.
You will assist in the delivery of venue hire programs with external organisations and internal stakeholders, assist in the delivery of events and Public Programs activities, and provide administrative support to the Public Programs team.
Out of hours work is required to support Library events and activities. The Library offers flexible working hours to support these requirements.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a self-starter who is organised, demonstrates good judgement, and is experienced in relationship management.
Our ideal applicant will be able to:
•Confidently liaise with a variety of stakeholders;
•Contribute to team goals and objectives; and
•Be skilled at prioritising their workload
You may need to obtain and maintain a Responsible Service of Alcohol accreditation and Working with Vulnerable People accreditation.
