Within the Cyber Warfare Learning Governance team you will be contributing to developing the future learning systems and interventions for the ADF Cyber Workforce. You will provide support and advice in relation to strategic planning activities and governance frameworks as well as relevant policies, procedures and processes relating to Defence’s Systems Approach to Defence Learning (SADL) model and the Analyse, Design, Develop, Implement and Evaluate (ADDIE) framework. You will play a key role in ensuring the cyber courses that Defence delivers are equipping our Cyber specialists with the skills they require to protect our Country in the field.
The role requires that you have the ability to multitask in a highly dynamic environment, demonstrate attention to detail, a positive attitude. Additionally you will have opportunity to showcase your skills in records management, calendar and inbox management, process development and secretariat support.
About our Team
Our team plays a critical role in supporting the ADF’s intent to develop a professional Cyber Specialist workforce and improving its ability to attract and retain cyber professionals by ensuring cyber workforce capability requirements are met as per the directive of the Chief of Joint Cyber (CJC).
In line with the Cyber Professional Framework (CPF) and the SADL methodology, the team is accountable for the SADL Analyse and Evaluate phases. Under the SADL model, our focus is on the analysis and evaluation of courses across Cyber Warfare, Influence Activities and Electronic Warfare. In addition to our SADL obligations the team is responsible for the management and review of Learning Management Packages (LMP) to ensure they align to the requirements of CPF.
