APS 4/APS 5 Executive Assistant – multiple roles
All Aspects Recruitment & HR Services are currently seeking an APS4/APS5 Executive Assistant for a temporary role until 30 June 2024 with the possibility of extension.
Various locations include – Brisbane, Canberra, Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney
Must have prior experience using QBT travel booking system and Finance One
Duties include:
Provide high level administrative support to Senior Executives.
Provide ad-hoc Executive Assistance to Senior Executives including managing complex diaries and ensure timely provision of material for all meetings and other engagements.
Provide support for meetings including: printing papers, managing invitations and responses, arranging meeting rooms, video conference bookings, and catering.
Undertake simple financial processes including credit card reconciliation and coordinating payment of invoices.
Assist in the management of documents utilising and adhering to the records management system.
Booking and managing travel arrangements (flights and accommodation).
Requirements:
Competent in using QBT travel booking system (ability to use without training is a must)
Competent in using Finance One financial management system.
Prior experience in records management systems.
Demonstrated experience in a similar Government role.
