Our client is seeking two candidates to work in their Parramatta or Surry Hills Office.
This is a 6 month full-time, temporary assignment with view to extend and the role is offering the pay rate of $51.19 - $55.36 per hour + super.

Description
As an Education Project Coordinator, you will support the delivery of one of their programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project management: Demonstrate strong project management skills to ensure learning activities are delivered effectively, within the required time frames.
- Education planning and monitoring: Coordinates planning and reporting and the ongoing review of progress and priorities of the Program's learning activities.
- Coordination and prioritisation: Contributes to planning, coordination and prioritisation of activities to ensure delivery of the Program's learning activities, balancing competing demands to ensure that objectives are achieved.
- Participant engagement communications coordination: Coordinates the Program's participant learning activities communication including enrolment and follow up communications.
- Reporting: Collates, records and reports on learning activities and outcomes, providing both qualitative and quantitative information to track success and identify improvements.
Profile
Essential requirements:
- MUST be an Australian citizen.
- Demonstrated experience in project management.
- High level skills in coordinating meetings, committees and working groups including production of agendas, minutes and managing records.
- Strong written and oral communication skills demonstrated organisation skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to develop and maintain stakeholder relationships.
- Flexibility to work on multiple projects and priorities.
- Experience as a team player able to work with minimum supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products to an advanced level.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Willing to complete security clearance and National Police Check.
Desirable
- Understanding of adult learning principles, with experience applying this to a wide range of learning solutions, including the design, development and delivery of educational resources and/or training programs.
