Maritime Integrated Warfare Systems (MIWS) Branch is seeking a professional, motivated and experienced APS 5 Information & Records Management Officer within the Business Directorate to provide information management services within a fast paced and dynamic working environment.

The successful candidate will be required to manage a range of information activities and perform the Unit Security Officer role for MIWS.
This role will allow participation in the management of information and data requirements such as foreign government arrangements including US Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and International Traffic and Arms Regulatory (ITAR) restricted access requirements.
This role will give the successful applicant the chance to sink their teeth into a wide variety of information management and security tasks that will provide excellent development opportunities.

MIWS Branch under Major Surface Combatants and Combat Systems Division is an exciting and complex environment to work in, offering a rewarding career in one of the most dynamic organisations within Naval Shipbuilding and Sustainment Group.
We work across both Acquisition and Sustainment environments to develop and deliver products into new shipbuilding programs and to provide update/upgrade products to the existing RAN fleet, giving staff exposure to a wide variety of high profile maritime projects.

The successful applicant will be required to be the Unit Security Officer for MIWS and training will be undertaken to fulfil the requirements of this role.
Experience in information management, workgroup coordinator experience/training is desirable.
