Senior Systems Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Systems Administrator to join our dynamic IT team. As a Senior Systems Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety, efficiency, and effectiveness of our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:Infrastructure Management:

• Administer and manage various technologies including VMware, Microsoft Windows, Citrix, M365, Veeam, and Storage technologies.
• Monitor performance and availability of all managed technologies and services.
• Maintain support agreements and seek continuous improvement of infrastructure processes.

Technical Management:

• Ensure efficiency and effectiveness of server and network infrastructure.
• Provide escalation support to the IT Service Desk and Support Team.
• Champion change management processes within the IT infrastructure environment.

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
• Microsoft MCSE certification is desirable.
• Professional certifications in VMware, Storage, Veeam, Microsoft Core Technologies, M365, Citrix, Cisco, or ITIL are highly desirable.
• Proficiency in virtualization technologies (VMware vSphere), Storage Administration, Windows Server, Citrix, Microsoft 365, and core infrastructure technologies.
• Strong diagnostic and resolution skills within virtual and Windows infrastructure environments.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
• Experience with disaster recovery, business continuity principles, and client relationship management.
