The Learning Systems Manager is responsible to the Deputy Director Learning Systems for ongoing management, quality control and continuous improvement of the Adult Program conducted by the Australian Air Force Cadets (AAFC). They will be required to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders consisting of Air Force and wider ADF cadet and training organisations, contracted staff, and the AAFC in managing the Adult Programs.They will be required to provide detailed technical expertise on the learning and development in managing the Adult Program. They will provide professional advice, contribute to strategic planning, deliver ongoing program and possible project management as well as input to policy development. They must be able to initiate, plan and manage learning initiatives, continuous improvement activities to ensure relevancy as well as ongoing quality control of the Adult Program.About our Team
The AAFC is an organisation of over 10,000 cadets and 1,200 adult volunteers dispersed across Australia. The Deputy Director Learning Systems leads a diverse team of ADF members, APS members and volunteer staff to manage learning programs and the learning system in which they reside.Our Ideal Candidate
