We are seeking to fill the role of Program Manager, Collection Description (APS Level 6) in the Published Team on an ongoing basis. Dependent on suitability and experience, the successful applicant could be placed in either of the other teams within the Collection Management section (outlined in the Candidate Pack).
We are seeking an experienced and motivated library professional to manage a team describing published material including books, journals, music and maps. You will provide advice on a range of complex issues, contributing to the design and development of description and processing solutions.
The role encompasses working closely with a range of internal stakeholders, including Collection Care, Collection Retrieval & Delivery and Indigenous Engagement to facilitate access to collection material by supporting those delivering access services.
