This is a unique opportunity to apply your systems engineering (SE) experience to the Collins Class Submarine (CCSM) Life of Type Extension (LOTE) Project, a project of national significance.As a LOTE APS 6 Systems Engineer, you are responsible to the EL 1 Systems Engineering Manager to assist in managing the LOTE SE Program.You will have experience and knowledge of systems
engineering (SE) in relation to:
- Requirements definition and management
- Architecture definition
- Trade-studies
- Technical reviews
- Interface definition and management
- Integration
- Verification and Validation
- SE standards and documentation.
The Collins Submarine Program within the National Shipbuilding Sustainment Group (NSSG) is responsible for the maintenance and programmed upgrade of Australia’s Collins Class submarines.
