A large Federal Goverment agency seeking an enthusiastic Administration Assistant to join their team.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Data entry, word processing and filing
- File transferring and archiving
- General administration duties such as the photocopying, scanning and preparing of appropriate documentation
- Updating databases where required
- Other ad hoc administration duties
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy and efficiency
- Effective time management skills
- An enthusiastic approach to work
- Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment
- High level planning and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deal with internal and external stakeholders
- Validated experience in a similar role
- Intermediate to advanced Excel and MP suite skills (SAP knowledge is preferred)
- Working in an energising environment with the ability to multi task
