APS4 Administrative Support Officer 

• 12 month contract with possibilities for extensions

Our Federal Government client is seeking a highly motivated Administrative Support Officer to join their team at an APS4 level.

Key Duties: 

• Triage applications using multiple systems (including IBM Notes, TRIM, and Outlook). 
• Provide Administrative Support for export certification for medicines and devices. 
• Answer internal and external phone calls and escalate appropriately. 
• Maintain records for reporting purposes. 
• Monitor and distribute (and in some cases draft) correspondence across multiple inboxes. 

Mandatory Requirements: 

• Understanding or ability to understand the Australian risk-based regulatory framework. 
• Strong written and oral communications skills. 
• Strong analytical and problem-resolution skills. 

Desirable: 

• Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.
