Details: Are you an organised and motivated individual who enjoys providing support to enable the success of your team? If so, this position may be the one for you! The Infrastructure Client Services team are looking for an Administrative Support Officer who will provide a broad range of support across the operational and administrative functions within the team.

As Administrative Support Officer, you will:

• Assist and support various functions across the team.
• Triage the central team inbox.
• Raise and process maintenance work orders.
• Support accommodation variation requests, which may include assisting with placing furniture orders and communicating with a range of staff within the ACT Health Directorate.
• Support fleet co-ordination as required.
• Assist with timely processing and coding of invoices.

Notes: This is a temporary position available immediately for a period of 12 months. A merit pool may be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months. Selection may be based on application and referee reports only.
