Aps4 Administrative Support Officer

Our client is seeking to engage an APS4/5 Administrative Support Officer on a contract for 12 months.Statement of Work:The Administrative Support Officer will work under general direction to support the Director and other line managers within the Learning Business Operations Section including the following but not limited to, Budget, Finance, Management, HR, Procurement, Contracts, Course Coordination and Concierge Management.Duties will include:

• Provide Administrative Support to ensure successful learning and development outcomes.
• Provide input to business process improvement.
• Provide assistance with procurement and finance tasks
• Assist with course coordination tasks
• Liaise between the line managers to provide support where necessary.
• Assist with the management of shared mailboxes.
• Assist with record keeping.

Skills and experience required:

• effective stakeholder management with effective verbal and written communication
• strong attention to detail and adaptability to change, including the ability to multi-task and prioritise
• ability to work independently and display initiative to raise issues and drive work processes
• strong organisational and coordination experience

Security Requirements:

• To be eligible applicants Must have Negative Vetting Level 1 security clearance.
