Only Australian Citizens are eligible to apply.About the RoleThe Corporate Services Section is responsible for overseeing and managing corporate operations (including fleet vehicles and mail distribution), information and knowledge management, and corporate shared services.Key Responsibilities
- Support and Advisory: Assist Corporate Operations staff with fleet, mail, and other operational matters, and provide practical and procedural advice to stakeholders.
- Operational Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of operational procedures and manage operational issues, escalating when necessary.
- Mail Processing: Handle the processing and distribution of mail and related activities.
- Fleet Management: Engage with Services Australia on fleet issues, including leasing arrangements, and track, monitor, and report on these activities.
- Reporting and Documentation: Support the creation of executive reports, briefs, and other written materials.
- Australian Citizenship
